Hillai’s NOT-A-COOKIE Homemade Truffles
I hope I will not be disqualified (like the person who brought store-bought cookies a few years ago, truly horrifying story) this is a recipe of HOME MADE truffles that I made this weekend for my brother’s bday and came out delicious. I hope you will see it as… adding variety and not playing against the rules.

Ingredients
- 400 grams high quality bitter chocolate
- 2 cups sesame tahini
- Cocoa powder
- Optional: 150 grams chopped sugared pecans or any roasted nuts
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler
- Add Tahini
- Mix in nuts
- Pour into a rectangular dish lined with plastic wrap
- Cover and chill for at least 4 hours
- Cut and roll in cocoa powder
- Enjoy!
